A comfortable wash-house where the entire laundry is ranged and an adjacent storage room organized like an American wardrobe are set up in the park. The first floor could be easily rented for summer guests in July and/or August.
The guests are totally independent with the southern entrance of the park and a large parking place. They also have their separate staircase to the first floor and private entry. They can enjoy the marvelous scenery and the good air of the pine trees in absolute calmness.
