To reserve an apartment on the Biala Seagull Estate, you must first return a completed reservation form to us along with the appropriate reservation fee (see form for details and where to send it). You will then, in due course, receive contract documentation, giving details of the property, the legal process and the payment terms. On signing the contract documentation the remainder of the deposit (less £500 if you have made an inspection trip) is due. There will then be no more to pay until completion of the property.
However, should you wish to withdraw from the purchase within a 4-week period from issue of the contract documentation, your reservation fee will be refunded in full.
