The town of Torrevieja has everything you need with shops, restaurants of all nationalities, a nightly market all year round, lovely promenades, and a fishing harbour to walk along. Boat excursions either to the island of Tabarca or a coastal trip to see the 13 blue flag beaches which are all located only 15 minutes from the site of Zeniamar.
This area has been very popular over the last few years with people from all over Europe, especially the UK, whether for a holiday home or for permanent living. Over the next few years there are plans for a lot more facilities to be developed in this area including new marinas, golf courses, public amenities, and new roads.
